THE PROJECT
Originally created for travel agents, the SELECT Hotels & Resorts program—a curated collection of four- and five-star luxury properties—experienced significant growth. With its success came a new challenge: expanding its reach to a consumer-facing audience while maintaining its exclusive, high-end appeal.
To support this shift, I was tasked with creating a new editorial product that would elevate the program’s visibility and resonate with luxury travelers. The result was the semi-annual SELECT Magazine—a glossy, high-end publication designed to feel more like a luxury lifestyle magazine than a traditional catalog.
My contributions included:
Designing a clean, sophisticated layout that featured immersive photography and editorial-style content
Curating and designing articles that inspired travel, highlighted luxury destinations, and spoke directly to affluent consumers
Offering participating suppliers the opportunity to showcase their properties to a broader audience, resulting in a measurable increase in marketing ROI
The new magazine not only enhanced the SELECT brand’s perception but also helped drive consumer engagement and increased revenue opportunities for partner hotels and resorts.
